MATCH PREVIEW

COPSES vs GRIFF
MFL DIVISION ONE
31/01/26 - 15:00 KO
ALLARD WAY, CV3 1JP
ADULTS £5, CONCESSIONS £3

It's A444 Derby Day at Allard Way as the Copses welcome Nuneaton Griff to Allard Way on Saturday 31st January in the Midland Football League Division One.

The Copses come into the game on the back of a deserved 3-1 win at home to Stapenhill last time out thanks to goals from Archie Gallacher, Amrun Sandhu and Jevon Fraser.

The reverse fixture saw the two sides meet on a cold Wednesday night in November with the Copses running out 3-1 winners with Alex Barnett, Archie Gallacher and Amrun Sandhu all on the scoresheet at the Pingles Stadium.

There have been some memorable wins for the Copses in this fixture in recent years including last season's Telegraph Cup final success at the Butts and JP Gomes netting the winner in the 23-24 season at Allard Way so this is not a game to be missed!

JP Gomes' winner in the October '23 fixture at Allard Way.
